Goods purchased from Freetime Hobby OÜ's online store have a 14-day right to submit claims upon receipt of the goods.

The goods will be returned at the customer's expense, the transport fee will not be reimbursed (unless the returned goods do not correspond to what was ordered).

The returned goods must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.

Money for returned products and paid shipping costs will be refunded to your account no later than 14 days after the withdrawal application is submitted.
